Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation for a event/workshop, you may do so by contacting joy@crystalfriends.com . We rely on your attendance to make important arrangements. If you need to withdraw from an event/workshop, you must inform us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the day of the workshop to receive a refund. Refund policy is as follows:
-30 days notice prior to the date; full refund less a $25 change fee.
-15 days notice prior to the date; 50% refund less a $25 processing fee.
-72 hours prior to the workshop or for participant no-shows, no refunds are granted.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event as required.
